15-4-1 has downloaded but will not install. I’ve been trying for a week with no luck.

Are you getting a message? Do you have at least 6GB of free space? Do you have a SIM in the phone? Do you have at least a 50% battery charge (and preferably connected to power). Have you turned off Low Power mode?

I get a msg about no internet connection. But that’s not correct, I have internet.
Note that if you have 5G or LTE, have the right settings and your cell provider allows it you can update over cellular now.
