local12.com high screentime use??

What is this that is apparently running all day on my iPhone11 Pro? When I search Local12.com it's a news site that I've never heard of before. I have no apps related to it or any other news site.

It’s a website. It’s probably a Safari tab. It’s probably either buggy, or sketchy. Close the tab.

Thanks for your reply. I had no tabs open in any browsers, but cleaning all the website data from everything seems to have stopped it from running.
