Adjusting Islamic calendar on iOS iPhone or ipad

This question was raised in 2017 but Apple have not come up with a fix yet.

It seems that on iOS there is no way to adjust the Islamic (Hijri) relative to the Gregorian calendar. At the moment it is one day off. Today it is April 19th, 2022 and on my iPhone it is showing 17th Ramadan 1443. It should be 18th Ramadan. On other apps such as outlook it is possible to adjust the offset.

Any work around ?

This is the basic requirement on all my apple devices( iPhone, iPad, and Mac) I have this problem.

I am based in the UK and at the moment the Hijri date is one day off. Today April 24th, 2022 is showing as 22nd Ramadan but it should be 23rd. Microsoft apps such as Outlook or Windows Calendar allow you to adjust the offset if it is wrong and this happens often.

Please, please apple fix this issue.
