I was debited from my account through my Apple.Com but I wasn’t the one that did the transaction please I need my money back

I was debited from my bank account from APPLE.COM/BILLITUNES.COM and I was the one that made the transaction. How can I get my money back to my account

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
