No, not possible. You can only verify setup of devices that we set-up by you - using your own AppleID.

On the basis of the serial number alone, you cannot track, locate or access details of any devices - including whether or not they have been activated by another AppleID.

Unless you have completed initial setup of the device(s), using your AppleID, you’ll not have the ability to access any information about the missing devices. Apple cannot assist.

Assuming that you have the device serial numbers, all you can do is report the loss/theft to your local authorities.
