Lost internet connection
I have lost the internet connection on my iPad. My internet service is linked but when I try to get on the internet I get an error message saying " No Server connection", how can I rectify this ?.

If set-up correctly, should you continue to experience difficulties, your WiFi Router may be unexpectedly dropping or blocking some network traffic on you local network.
You may find that simple restart of your network components will resolve the problem. You’ll need to restart your network devices in the correct order. Assuming that you WiFi Router provides DNS and DHCP services for your network, restart devices in this order - allowing time for devices to fully boot/restart prior to restarting other devices:
Restarting your iPad, after restarting other devices in the correct sequence, is most simply achieved by a forced-restart of the iPad:
If you continue to have difficulties, check to see if your iPad is using the new WiFi Private Address feature. This feature is intended to provide additional privacy and security when using “public” (untrusted) WiFi networks.
Settings > WiFi > [Your WiFi Network / SSID] - tap the “i” icon - Private Address
The Private Address feature is largely unnecessary for your home WiFi network; if enabled, Private Addressing can interfere with anticipated operation. If enabled, try disabling this feature (it is enabled/disabled for each WiFi network).

If the above measures don’t resolve the issue, you might then consider reset of your iPad Network Settings - as described above by ProustGiulio.

Does it happen only at home, or with different wifi networks too?
Should be the former, try to restart your modem router.
Should be the latter, try to reset network settings in Settings>General>Transfer or Reset>Reset>Reset Network Settings, bearing in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected. When done, restart your iPad.

Internet connection difficulties are usually an indication that your device does not have a routable IP Address - your IP Address usually being assigned by DHCP. When this occurs, your iPad may only have a self-assigned link-local IP address that begins 169.254.x.x.
If you have a VPN App or profiles installed, or a security App such as Norton, these may be interfering with DHCP and preventing your device from obtaining a valid IP Address for your iPhone hotspot - or the WiFi network to which you are attempting to connect. The resolution is usually simple; if installed, you may only need to temporarily disable or remove the Security App and/or VPN.
DHCP is frequently used to automatically obtain an IP Address. Until your iPad has a valid IP Address to connect to your network, you will not have an internet connection. Disabling or removing VPN and/or the offending security App should allow DHCP to operate normally - allowing connection to your network and the internet.
If this resolves your issue, the VPN and/or security App can be reinstated after the connectivity problem has been resolved.
If some Apps are working as expected, while others are not, you may find that a restart of your WiFi Router - followed by a restart if your iPad - may help.
To restart your router, disconnect power from the router for at least 30 seconds - then reconnect power to restart. After your router reboots (which may take several minutes), force restart your iPad as I have detailed above.
I have tried the suggestions listed but nothing seems to change the situation
