Return product

After I paid my iPad, my friend told me I can apply student discount online actually which can decrease HKD 400 for me. My iPad still unpack now, so can I get refund under this situation?

You generally have 14 days to return any hardware product for a full refund.

If you’ve “setup” the product at all, be SURE to remove all of your personal data; returning the device to it’s “new, out of the box” condition by following these instructions:

You generally have 14 days to return any hardware product for a full refund.

If you’ve “setup” the product at all, be SURE to remove all of your personal data; returning the device to it’s “new, out of the box” condition by following these instructions:

Assuming that you purchased your iPad directly from Apple or a physical Apple Store, Apple generally offer a 14-day unconditional returns period within which you can return a device without reason for refund or exchange.

If instead you purchased from a third-party or partner retailer, you will need to verify their respective returns policy.
