My iPhone has been stuck on the spinning wheel since yesterday

my phone has been stuck on the spinning wheel since yesterday and if it stops and when I put my password in for my phone it sets off the spinning wheel thing again and the I tried the volume up and down then the power button technique and im trying to connect to my computer but I have to unlock my phone for let my computer to have access which I can't do because it won't even let in my phone.
