It Said my IPhone has Been hacked when i was on a Website Searching For coraline Movie and a Thing Popped Upp saying it Got hacked and i don’t Know What To Do:(

Ignore it and close the page it was on. For all practical purposes your phone can’t be hacked. Here’s more information on messages like that→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
