Specific website issue on iPhone

Sometimes when I go onto a specific website when I click on it a load of writing comes up on top of what I want to look at. It’s another page on top of the one I’ve clicked on can you tell me how to get off it please

If it is only one website then it is a problem with the website. You can try clearing cookies for the site. Go to Settings/Safari/Advanced/Website Data, search for the site name, and delete its cookies.

Alternatively, just tap Clear History & Website Data to start over with Safari.
