iCloud Photos says "Cannot Load Library" and unable to sync photos across devices. Multiple crashes on Numbers, Notes, Pages and

Unable to load Photos, Notes, Numbers & Pages. ICloud Drives is saying try again later. Tried on Firefox which has recently gone an update to 96.0.1, cleared cache. Only contacts is available on iCloud. Multiple crashes on Notes, Numbers & Pages.

Storage is OK with 14.7gB still available. Payment details are all OK.

Also tried MS Edge, same deal.

Windows, Windows 10

I am having the same problem. Tried different browsers and same issue on all. The error is also showing on iCloud Drive.

iCloud Drive is giving me a similar result.
