How do I remove a device from Apple ID when I don't have the device anymore?

There are several devices under my online Apple ID devices that I don't have access anymore.

When I click on them, I get a message that it can't be accessed.

In submitting this question, I am asked for what device it is for, but the devices I am not using are not listed.

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Deauthorize All Option:

Try Deauthorize All. You can only Deauthorize All items once every 365 days. So, you may have to wait up to a year before you can perform this.  Go Here: Authorize or Deauthorize your Computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support
