Music Doesn’t Work for my Alarm

Initially when I turned off the “Loseless Audio” and purchased a song on iTunes my song played on my alarm. I just recently upgraded from an 8+ to a 13 Pro Max and now my music doesn’t work on my alarm again. This is frustrating!!!

The song needs to be on the device and not on iCloud see the pic below for the Alarm clock to play a song.
