Negative Photo Images in a Browser window.

Negative images that appear in some websites, actually quite a few, especially if they have a dark background, or black.

After review of the previous answers about "Classic Invert" or "Smart Invert" being the issue, I found that neither of those options, on or off made a difference.

ANSWER: I checked the actual browser options by doing this:

  1. In the iPhone Settings...Make sure that both Classic and Smart Invert options are OFF
  2. In the web browser where you have the issue, open one of the negative-appearing pictures where the colors are all opposite.
  3. In the lower right hand corner should be a "hamburger" option button, the kind with 3 horizontal lines. Click on that to open the options.
  4. If "Enable Night Mode" is on, turn it off. If it is off, then turn it on. You'll need to either restart your entire phone, or close the browser and open it again. You should end up with that option turned to "off".

This did it for me. I have no more "negative images". NIGHT MODE seemed to be the issue for me.
