Someone robbed my Icloud from me.

Hello, My name is Kamila, and I am from Kazakhstan. Couple days ago I had a message from my friend

that she needs help with her icloud and that I need to login it from my phone. Eventually, It became clear that it wasn't my friend, it was actually fraud who took control of my account. I can't contact apple from calling. Because it is very expensive (we don't have apple support in Kazakhstan). Fraud told me that

I need to pay her to return my acc. I don't know what to do and how I can contact apple without calling.

Or if possible with Kazakhstan number.

Create a strong password for your Apple ID, It is best if your password consists of eight or more characters and include upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number. You can also add extra characters and punctuation marks to make your password even stronger.

Never provide your password, passcode, security questions, verification codes, recovery key or any other account security details to anyone else. Apple will never ask you for this information.
