My Icloud storage 2TB is charged double - kindly refund as it has been going on too long

Am charged twice for Icloud 2TB Storage.

Have you also 2 x invoice from Apple?

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB ot 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your e-mail box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.

On the invoice for iCloud you can click Report a problem.



Or do you use 2 x Apple ID?
