Howdy battk0624,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities!

Check out the steps below to see if this helps to accomplish what you're looking to do. Additional information can also be found in this resource: Manage the apps that you use with Sign in with Apple - Apple Support

Turn off email forwarding

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID.
3. Select the app or developer, then tap Manage Hide My Email Settings.
4. Select the app or developer, then tap to turn off Forward To.

Stop using Sign in with Apple with an app

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID.
3. Select the app or developer, then tap Stop Using Apple ID.

In addition to checking out those steps and resource, you can also manage this via iCloud.com. For more information on this, take a look at this resource instead: Stop using, reactivate, or delete a Hide My Email address on iCloud.com - Apple Support

If you create an email address with Hide My Email on iCloud.com or on an Apple device but you want to stop using it, you can use Account Settings on iCloud.com to deactivate it.

You can reactivate the address at any time or permanently delete any inactive addresses you no longer need.

Note: If you want to manage email addresses created with Sign in with Apple, see the Apple Support article Manage the apps that you use with Sign in with Apple.

We hope that information is helpful.

Have a great day!
