Two things ...
PrintShop 4 from Mackiev is only available to educational institutions: "In North America this title is available only for schools. Click Education Volume Licenses to find out what it would cost for a discounted classroom license of The Print Shop 4 for Mac for your school" - from the Mackiev website.
If you are able to obtain and install PrintShop 4 you will need to immediately update to v4.1 for compatibility with Monterey. However this update has been difficult to get.
