Apple Card cannot verify identity

I have tried several times to apply for an Apple Card. Initially it immediately denied me claiming they could not verify my identity.

Turns out I had fraud protection blocking them. Setting aside how ridiculous it is that fraud protection is a barrier for apple.

Afterward I get further in the process submitting my photo ID and it now takes several days… but still cannot verify my identity.

I have called apple, Goldman Sachs, and transunion several times. No one seems to know how to help, nor really care.

Any advice beyond what I’ve tried would be appreciated!
