Microsoft Outlook quit unexpectedly

I have a 2018 MacBook Air Running macOS Monterey version 12.3.1

Microsoft Outlook version 16.60 last updated March 15, 2022.

Suddenly about 5 days ago my Outlook stoped working. Will not try to even open. returns an error message instantly. I have copied the whole 7page error message. If anyone what's to look at it, I can send it. It's a bit big to paste here.
