RDBMS for Mac OS or iOS

Hello,

I am new to the world of Mac OS (MacBook Air, 2020, M1 chip, Mac OS Monterey). I come from the world of Windows. In that world, Microsoft -- as part of its Office suite -- made a RDBMS called Access available to me. I need an equivalent 3rd party program / app to do RDBMS work and (maybe) be able to read my Access files (in maybe .CSV format).

I hope my request for a recommendation is clear. And I do NOT want a Parallels solution!

Thanks in advance!!!

Apple Office suite can read and use Microsoft files. However, there is no direct equivalent of MS access I know of. If you need MS Access, you'll have to buy the Apple version. I haven't used Access in years, I'm no longer familiar enough with it to know if MS has ported it to Apple's OS. Of course Microsoft 365 has Access (I think) so that may be your solution. But the App Store version does not show it.

I'm sure there are other Relational Data Base apps out there for your Mac; a web search will likely find them. That's just a guess though, like I said, I haven't used Access or any other RDB for years.
