Immediate subscription termination

I moved to another country. I need to change my region so I can pay for Apple services like iCloud and Apple Music. I have an active VSCO subscription until the end of this year. If you have active subscriptions, you cannot change the region. I can't wait that long and I need to change it urgently. I can't write to support about it. Apple offers to contact me on a phone number that I no longer have access to.
