I have a question which some may find silly. I am planning to buy a Mac pro from Dubai or KSA. the English only keyboard is much cheaper than the Arabica\English keyboard model . If i buy it will i still be able to type both Arabica and English provided I memorize the Arabica letters layout or the laptop is not programmed to type Arabica at all ????

Yes. MacOS comes with software that lets you type Arabic (and dozens of other languages) with any keyboard, no matter what is printed on the keys. You don't really have to memorize it, as there is a Keyboard Viewer app that shows you which key does what.
