How do I add my debit card to the wallet so I can get Apple Pay?

Open the Wallet app ➔ Tap on the + sign at top right ➔ Add debit or credit card.

If the above does not allow you to add debit/credit card(s) to the Wallet app, then double check whether you are in a ➔ Country and Region where Apple Pay is supported.
