How can I extend the time for an activity on Apple Watch?

How can I extend the time for an activity? I usually walk for at least 1 1/2 hrs. I get alerts that the activity ends at 1 hr.

Time to walk fitness+ Hi, The new time to walk feature is not showing up under workouts on my Apple Watch. I made sure software on phone and watch are updated. I also have the time to walk selections added under fitness+ on my phone. Thanks for the help
