Why would my App Store be telling me my Apple ID is disabled from installing apps but it allows me to sign into my Apple ID

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end but doesn't affect other use of your Apple ID. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
