To uninstall FlashPlayer: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

To delete Java: https://www.java.com/nl/download/help/mac_uninstall_java.html

A maybe unnessecary gentle warning tho" the removal of JAVA utilizes the Terminal. Approach with caution if you are a starting mac user
