I have water damage to my computer and screen is fogged up and bubbled and the touch bar isn’t working. What should I do? And how much do you think this will cost?

I cannot tell you exactly what it will cost, but it will be a costly process, if it will even can be repaired. Water Damage is hard to repair due to corrosion.
