Why russian letters are present in the Ukrainian keyboard on iOS: «ё, э, ы, ъ» ?

There's no way for users to modify iOS keyboards. but you can look for alternatives in the App Store (check the Keyman app) and ask Apple to change theirs via
(I assume the Russian characters are included in the press and hold popup menus so just in case someone in Ukraine needs to type Russian they don't have to change keyboards)
