Cannot activate IPhone

Hello! I recently logged out of my iPhone account and now I can’t activate it again, it says that your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate or connect to an Apple service. How to activate it again? Thanks for the answer!
