Call ringing suddenly stop

Hi

my 13 pro max

when I have incoming call

my phone suddenly stop ringing

I test everything

I restore my phone

but not changing anything and my problem still here

please help me

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Are you sure the iPhone is not muted? See the 'Turn Ring/Silent mode on or off on your iPhone' section in:

Do you see where the batteries and the Wi-Fi is scroll down on it and press the bell if it is red it’s in silent.mode if it is white it is not turn It off and I I hopes that work have a good day
