Active window is defocusing due to CoreServicesUIAgent

Hi, in the latest update of macOS 12.3.1 I noticed a bug where the active window loses focus, after debugging I found that "CoreServicesUIAgent" is causing the problem by becoming the current active window of no where.

I tried to kill the process but that doesn't solve the problem because it's starting itself again and again automatically.

Finder Periodically Stealing Focus About the time the macOS 10.15.2 Update came out, the Finder started periodically stealing focus. I haven't timed it, but it seems almost regular. In the time to type this post, it's happened three times. It's impossible to do any sustained typing and the frequency that keystrokes go to the Finder instead instead of the application you think your working in, is beyond frustrating. I think it is something causing the Finder to crash and restart, because if I quit the Finder, the problem does not occur and shortly after restarting the Finder, the problem returns. I don't think it's due to the 10.15.2, it just started about the some time the update came out.

Mac program/app opens not in "focus" Sometimes on my Mac, a program will open in what seems like its not in "focus". When I say this, I mean this -- the top bar displaying the app name will not have the close, minimize, and expand buttons colored -- they will be blank. Until you highlight over them, they aren't in focus. And then, you have to double click any button inside the application to make it work. I can't explain it very well other than that, but this happens to me often. It doesn't make sense, and I've never heard of it happening to someone else? Does anyone else understand this or have this happen?

Mac OS 10.15.2 applications do not quit Shortly after installing 10.15.2, I've begun to have the problem of applications not quitting. Selecting "quit" causes the screens for the app to close, but it's still present in the "force-quit" list, sometimes (but I don't think all the time) its icon remains in the dock, and in all cases the app is thenceforth "dead," that is, I cannot use it again without a system restart. Force-quit sometimes appears to work (the app's icon disappears from the list), but in fact the app's still ghosting somewhere because I still can't use it. A normal system restart doesn't work, presumably because these ghost apps are interfering (sometimes I get the message that they cancelled restart, sometimes not), and so I have to hold down the start button for the requisite 10 seconds or so. This has happened with Firefox, Dreamweaver, and MS Excel, possibly others as well; it's a very frequent problem, but of course it doesn't always happen. Anybody have a suggestion?
