Does anyone know another way to reset my password? The Apple system wants to verify my id with my birthday but I must have entered my birthday wrong when I set up the account because it doesn't work. Apple support can't do anything to help. I've spent hours on the phone with them.

thanks but that doesn't work either. I have no devices logged in and no trusted apple devices. I use windows and android and the only thing I use apple for is AppleTV. It's pretty ridiculous that Apple can't trigger a password reset. they say it is for security reasons but an email and birthdate is not secure. you can look that up for anyone. I lost access to an iPod years ago and swore I would never use apple products again. I should have just paid for the movie I wanted to watch instead of signing up for Apple TV. Now I can't even access my account to cancel it.

Thanks but none of those help my situation. I can't reset my password because the only option for security is my birthday and the apple system keeps telling me it is wrong. I see many other people have had the same problem but I don't see any solution. Apple tells me there is no way for them to trigger a password reset. Obviously, since I can't login I can't fix my birthdate in my apple account.
