I lost a bunch of pictures on my icloud from august 8th 2021 until september 15th 2021. How do i get them back

Unless you have your photos backed up somewhere from which you can restore, you'll likely not be able to restore them. Check iCloud.com/photos and check the Recently Deleted album.
