Theater Mode

My apple watch 6 went into theater mode. I have turned it off/on and did a hard restart. After both restarts I went to control center to turn off, but it will not respond. No amount of tapping - hard or gentle - will turn off theater mode. The phone and watch are both up to date with software.

Thank you so much! Unpaired and theater mode is gone. Anyway to remove it totally from my watch?
