I used my card to purchase a in app purchase and I did not recieve the purchase. They asked for screenshots of the purchase but I’m unable to get that info, any help would be appreciated

i purchases an in app purchase on MLB9INNINGS22 using a 50$ apple gift card. The purchase was completed but I did not receive the item. How do I fix this?
