Someone tracked/hacked my Apple ID

It has been observed that someone has been tracked/hacked my Apple ID and set for call redirection on his/her mobile, using his/her mobile number. As well as, he/she has downloaded my FB information and share it on her Facebook story.

Earlier I was using ******@gmail.com as my Apple ID. When I noticed something changes then I have changed my Apple ID.
