new macbook air m1 shuts down at baterry on 70%

Hello,

yesterday i fully charged my brand new macbook air 13 m1, today at 70% it shuts down, the message was that the baterry was too low and did not wanted to start until i have plugged it into charger. Now it shows me, that the battery is at 70%. Do you have any solution?
