How do i update my iOS from 10.3.3 to the latest iOS

You can't, a 5C isn't capable of going higher than 10.X. if you need a higher version of the iOS, you will need to purchase a newer phone.

Sorry, an iPhone 5c can't be updated to the latest iOS 15.

You'll need at least an iPhone SE 1st gen. to do that. An iPhone 5s can only be updated to iOS 12
