Is it possible to use my Ipad cellular number to call and message with ?

No. Your iPad's cellular number is for data only. It does not have a cellular radio. You need an iPhone to send and receive SMS messages on iPad. See this link about Continuity Services --> Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support

So when I am on my Ipad talking to Verizon and they require me to login I cannot remember my password. So they send the validation code To my iPhone that is broken.. This goes in circ;es with no way to get a insurance replacement.

Any end run that THE VERIZON CAN USE TO SEND CODE TO MY IPAD
