Scam, apple taking my money without me knowing for what

Hello, so few days ago i ran into problem that I couldn’t update apps, unless i paid certain amount of money (it didn’t even show how much) and apps were free. When i paid money (5$) it continued to work as it was and today same thing happened again. My bank said that apple.com/bills>ITUNES.com is taking my money while i am not subscribed to it and don’t have any subscriptions. I even deleted my card information from my phone but it still asks me for money. Can you help me fix it
