Aren’t we protected by Scamer from Apple software???

like the application company for game especially scam customer all the time for example I’ve played this game called Hold’em or FOLD’EM and this game just over the weekend have took roughly over 115M in coins I used my money to buy, and actually I’ve spent ALOT… but it’s not the money I care about, it’s the company who stole my coins less the a sec when I just look down to see my poker hand… I’ve tried to get some answer from the customer service however she’s just giving me runaround and saying my internet speed is low but I’m using iPhone 13 with 5 G and unlimited data.. I’ve check with others from Facebook and App Store comments and this is a ongoing problem with this and other company who prays on the customer and using program bots and steals coins when people are not even online playing… how can apple promote this kind of app knowing what’s happening to there customers
