iPhone x - problem with wifi

hello, I want to ask why my mobile does not know (hard) to find wifi and I see this (picture below). I restarted the network and the cell phone and nothing. It is a purely mobile problem and does not concern routers, etc. I've tried everything written here on Apple Support, but nothing. Wifi searches for a long time and finally writes "Can't find wifi" ..... "Can you please help me, thank you in advance.
