Both Airpods do not work at the same time while playing music.+!q

Both of my airpods are not working when playing music when playing music I believe there is an app that's causing the problem but not sure which one please advise. Itcwill only play in 1 airpod. Not both

Please Clarify your Post:

How would you define "blown out"? Is there no volume?

Troubleshooting AirPods Volume:

A. Visit Apple Support links:

B. Verify the Balance:

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Accessibility
Scroll Down: to Hearing
Adjust: the audio volume balance

C. Also, Clear Out Earwax:

D. Using an App?:

Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not towards the right.
