copying a row of numbers

I have a row of numbers that were created using a formula. How do I copy just the numbers without the formulas to a new document

Select the row of numbers;

Edit > Copy (or Cmd-C);

Go to your destination table;

Edit > Paste Formula Results (or Shift-Cmd-V) to paste only the results.
