Unable to Upload Album has “Blank” Photos

I was almost out of storage on my iPhone but still able to take photos; however, upon reviewing my photos later, I see that while some images were able to "save" so-to-say, there were a good handful that ended up appearing like this ↓

I am currently removing photos from my iPhone to clear up storage and was wondering, once I have more free space on my iPhone, will these "blank" images get recovered as the photo I took, or are these photos unrecoverable?
