apple watch display and audio not working properly

Has anyone else had issues with their Apple watch display and audio suddenly not working properly? The display is hugely oversized and the audio continues to loudly narrate everything I try, the time, and my passcode (defeating the purpose of it being a passcode). I sent it in to be repaired and they sent it back in the exact same condition. What do I do to fix it or have it repaired by Apple properly?

Hi mom2mamc,

If it was sent back, it's likely there was no hardware issue found and you can check your features and settings to help. For example, do you have the VoiceOver accessibility feature turned on? You can check using the steps quoted below from the guide page here: Use VoiceOver on Apple Watch

"Turn VoiceOver on or off

  1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Go to Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn on VoiceOver.
  3. To turn VoiceOver off, double-tap the VoiceOver button.

*Siri: “Turn VoiceOver on” or “Turn VoiceOver off.”"

You can also check the zoom settings. Use Zoom on Apple Watch

"Turn on Zoom

  1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Go to Accessibility > Zoom, then turn on Zoom."

If the issue continues, test the steps here Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Best.
