I have purchased a new IPhone. We ran out of time at the setup and the helper did not transfer my contacts to the new phone. They are still in the Icloud. How do I get them down to my new phone?

Sync Through iCloud:
Enable Contacts in iCloud on both phones. All will sync between both devices. Go Here: Set Up and use iCloud Contacts - Apple Support
On Each iPhone:
