Im not sure what is the problem with my Apple Funds. Earlier I had an conversation with an support member from Apple. Im sorry i don’t remember her name , She tried helping me out but she couldn’t. And I tried contacting the customer support but some reason I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Its almost 2 week I still receive my funds. I waited till now. Is their someone who can help me out. That will be really helpful. And please I want an proper solution.

So, on April 9 I added 2500rs to my apple id. Usually funds appear right after the transaction. But this time I dont know the issue what happened. My apple id ( Apple funds ) its not showing me the new balance. But my bank statement shows that I got charged 2500rs. Its almost 15days , if the money didn’t come in the Apple funds it should reflect back to my bank account right ? If you want me to share the transaction number or invoice number ill share that too.

They can find out who has deducted the amount from your account.
I did that as well but they are saying that the transaction was successful completed.
