Jumping keyboard cursor

When I am writing in both pages and notes, sometimes the cursor jumps to a different part of the page. Can anyone give me a fix for this as it is very annoying !

Try the following:

▷ Update macOS.

▷ Try Safe Mode.

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
